Peer Pressure No. 2

So we have been exploring the paradox of peer pressure. In this blog, I'm going to address the questions of; how do we know when peer pressure bad? and how can we fix it?

I the last peer pressure blog I addressed what to do with peer pressure when it's bad. And I kind-of addresses the question of how we know when peer pressure is bad, but I'm going to re-state my points just for reminders:)

So if our friends are getting us to do things that we would not normally do or that God's moral standard does not agree with, then we should be withdrawing from spending a lot of time with these friends. If we do not rectify this problem, our friends will eventually bring us down to the same state of moral standard as them.

Just remember that, even if you have no friends at all, if everyone that you are around fails us in every way possible, God will always be there for you. He will carry you when its hard, he will stick by your side through thick and thin, he will rejoice when something small makes you smile, he cries when a fellow human hurts you in the slightest. Just try to follow his example towards others. Give them what you wished they had given you.

If you love music and like more contemporary music and wish that yo could find something that is spiritual and contemporary as well, search up Josh Wilson on YouTube! His songs have really spoken to my soul.

Just keep pushing back the dark.
