I have recently been to the Leadership weekend at Avondale Adventist School, there they had a special program for people aged 10-18, it was called Next Generation Ministers. I am very passionate about sharing Jesus with others, I love giving Bible studies, and I really enjoyed this. I know that there are  a lot of people out there who don't know Jesus, some, have sadly rejected Jesus, and some haven't even heard the name of Jesus. This is a very sad, but true fact. It doesn't have to stay that way, though! WE can change this, WE can tell them about Jesus! 
But before you go our canvassing, or giving bible studies, there are a few things to remember first.

1: We are not always the ones to reap the harvest. When you tell others about Jesus, if they don't get baptized straight away! Don't be discouraged, it may take 50 years! But the Holy Spirit will work in their hearts. 

2: We aren't the ones who will actually change people's hearts, it is the Holy Spirit that does that! So don't just think that you will 'convert' them, we are Jesus' hands a feet, and we will work on HIS behalf. 

3: Don't target people as 'projects'. One of the last things that you should do, is to do this, the person that you are trying to reach will probably notice and will not be receptive. 

4: Be respectful, and don't be competitive, gently ask them questions that will not make them angry. 

5: Study your Bible, know it well, if you have a sound knowledge of it, you will look like you actually know what you are talking about. Who likes to listen to someone who doesn't even properly know what they are talking about!!!

Those are some helpful things to remember!

If you are not sure where to start, be an example, people will notice why you don't swear or drink alcohol or smoke etc. when they ask, you can answer by telling them that Jesus promotes good health/speech etc. You can also build a friendship, and then when they ask questions they will trust you!
